    Hi I am going to india on july and I need to get my h1 visa stamped as the previous one expired and at the same time my wife needs to get her h4 visa stamped
    now when i return back i am planning to bring my parents on short trip
    my question
    1.Is it possible to book appoinments for h1,h4,b1 at one shot (one day)
    2. Will there be any issue if we go in group in combination of many visa
    requesting your valuable inputs

    Hi,

    I appreciate if someone could answer the following question.

    I am a Java Developer and I think my company would have filed my labor as a Programmer Analyst. Now I am planning to change my career into SAP functional analyst in financials. I even got a offer from a client and I think their job title and description definitely different.

    1) Once I leave my current employer, should I need to work on same job profile or only at the time of GC interview I should have a offer from any employer with same job title & description? (assuming GC will take another 2 or 3 years for me to get and If I work these 2 or 3 years on different job title & description and produce a offer letter with same job title & description from a new employer at the time of GC interview)

    If later is correct, then I can produce a offer letter with same job title & description from a new employer.

    On March 19, 2010, the USCIS announced revised filing instructions and addresses for applicants filing an I-131, the Application for Travel Document.

    Beginning March 19, 2010 applicants will have to file their applications at the USCIS Vermont Service Center or at one of the USCIS Lockbox facilities.

    If you file the I-131 at the wrong location, the USCIS Service Centers will forward it to the USCIS Lockbox facilities for 30 days, until Monday, April 19, 2010. After April 19, 2010, incorrectly filed applications will be returned to the applicant, with a note to send the application to the correct location.

    Lou Dobbs said on Thursday he is considering career options including possible runs for the White House or U.S. Senate. Dobbs has drawn fire from Latino leaders and civil rights groups for frequent on-air remarks about U.S. border control and immigration that critics saw as demonizing illegal immigrants.     I got a labor substitution by Company A and filed I-140 and 485 through Company A in 2007. After I got EAD and my I-140 was approved and past 6 months I moved to company B in mid of 2008 and company B filed for AC-21, my role at company B is over and I have an offer for a lucrative job with Company C but the role is slightly different from the one listed in my labor petition. Company C is good but sceptical in filing AC-21 with the previous set of responsibilities. I have my EAD valid till early 2011. In case I move to Company C and company B revokes my application what is the situation that I can face? Will my EAD still be valid or will I loose status immediately? Can I continue working on my EAD with company C without filing AC-21?

    Please advice ... I have my career at stake and need your help on this issue

    Hi My wife's H4b status is valid till 6th sept. Now she has her h1b approved on 3rd july. Her employer states that the approved petition has some clause that she has to leave the country and come back with h1 on nov 1st. Both the employer and myself are not comfortable doing that.

    Her employer suggesting for h1b renewal under premium process so that i might get receipt in few weeks and also says that he would reapply for H1 wiht the receipt for the approval.

    Please suggest me the best possible way ...
