Don't forget they are politicians. Before getting elected they will make 100 promises. After getting elected they don't even rememeber even a single promise.:D:D:D.

Just reporting what I saw on CNN. During the Sen. McCain interview with Judy Judy Woodruff & Richard Stengel, Richard asked something like - what about the green cards for the highly skilled immigrants educated by American Universities. To this Sen. McCain replied implying - they should be given green cards sooner, I am not sure if they could be given automatic green cards but the process should be faster.....
He said it not exactly in these words but implying something to that effect. They were suppose to ask Sen. Obama the exact same questions. Did anyone see Sen. Obama's answer to the question about green card for high skilled immigrants from Richard Stengel? Just curious....

YES Baby!. I am making it to the Sep 18th DC Rally. I am also bringing my parents (who are visiting US) along with me to the rally. So, total count is 3.
Initially, I was planning to take them to just NYC. Now I changed plans and decided to show them DC as well. Since we are talking about Washington Monument and Capitol Building, I don't think they will mind at all :).

I think this is a great idea.
This is the holiday season and what better way to touch the chord of the Senators and House members but send one Christmas tree to each one of them. I am sure this would be a very emotional (in a positive way) appeal from IV for our cause.

1) totally understandable
2) I don't think there was any core member yelling, just a bunch of enthusiastic supporters. But I appreciate the feedback and understand the frustration. It takes different things to motivate different people, which is why I am looking for real feedback to improve moving forward. I'm sure you understand, politely asking once or twice many not get through the flurry of daily posts that happen on this board :)

Core chaps and chapesses - I think it would a good idea to overhaul links on the navigation pages to reflect up to date contact members and chapter information.

By not standing up for your fellow indian and boycotting AF you are dis-respecting your fellow indian since you dont seem to care about the racist experience they had. I had FREE company attorney but decided to file 485 etc. myself & it was so much better. You can easily do 140-485 etc yourself. Call me & I will tell you.
If at all use an attorney for PERM. In my situation, even that was screwed up & I had to do that myself.
It is high time, all of us capable of handling complex viral equations, do this simple job , spread the knowledge , save $$$ & contribute some savings to IV

I am tired of my company lawyers. They did not file my 485 when my PD became current in June bulletin. I gave all the documents required. I missed an opportunity big time. Even now they are not responding when i ask them when will they file my application. After reading the msgs posted in this forum i am confident that i can do 485 myself. What is your # that i can call in case i have any qs?

Well, I have news for you. Durbin and 2 other senators are going to try to add DREAM to DoD appropriations bill this week. It may not pass but it doesnt mean that there are no supporters or sponsors of DREAM, AgJobs etc. Every single component of CIR has a champion in congress.
